How to place an order:
On Website:
Click here (Artist Series Color Series Outdoor Series Indoor Series... then select the desired product(s) and follow the prompts.
By phone:
Call 1-866-300-2390, 5 days a week, 8AM - 3PM CST. You may leave a voice mail and one of our Customer Service Representatives will call you back that same day.
By mail:
Send a check or money order payable to “Video Accent, Inc.” for the total amount of your DVD(s) plus the Shipping & Handling fee (call for S&H charge) to:

Woodbury, Minnesota 55125, USA.
Please be sure to include the specific quantity, item number(s) and title(s) of the item(s) you are ordering, as well as the shipping address where your order should be sent.
All checks must be drawn on a US or Canadian bank. IMPORTANT: If your order is being shipped to a Minnesota address, you must apply the applicable tax (6.5%) to the
cost of your order, including the applicable Shipping & Handling fee.
By fax
Orders may be faxed to us at: (866) 300-2390. Remember to provide your billing and shipping information as well as your credit card number and expiration date on all faxed

International Orders:
Please call or place your orders online. International orders must be paid for by Credit or Debit card.
Payment Forms:
We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, DiscoverCard®, as well as PayPal transactions and personal checks or money orders in U.S. funds.
Tax Policy:
Video Accent is required by law to charge tax on orders (including Shipping & Handling) shipped to an address in Minnesota. The tax amount is based on state and local tax rates
for the shipping address. Tax may be added to your order if not calculated in advance.
