Video Accent Privacy Policy

1) Video Accent does collect demographic data and personal data for resale.

2) Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your
personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.

3) We dislike spam as much as you do. Video Accent will not send you unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe
to our newsletter or opt-in for product news, you will receive our newsletter when it is published. Clear un-subscribe details are always shown
on newsletters and product announcements.

4) If you choose not to receive our newsletter, we will contact you only to answer your queries and/or send you your order confirmation. We will not contact
   you at any other time.

5) If you have agreed to it, we may, from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you choose
   to subscribe to it. In any case, you will receive no more than one such e-mail each month.

6) Occasionally we may post up or send out surveys to measure your response to new additions to the website or product line. You are never forced to fill
    out these surveys. Furthermore, should you choose to fill out any survey, you can choose to remain anonymous.

Note: Video Accent takes credit card fraud seriously. Video Accent may attempt to contact you to verify that you authorized
the credit card charge associated with your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order may be delayed or canceled.
If your order is cancelled, your credit card will not be charged or if already charged, you will receive a credit within 7
business days. DVD's that are pre-ordered will be charged when pre-ordered, You may cancel any pre-ordered item at any
time prior to shipment by sending an email to sales@videoaccent.com and you will be credited within 7 business days.
