Frequently Asked Questions (and Answers)
Can I play Video Accent DVDs on a regular DVD player and standard TV?
Yes... Our DVD's are designed for wide screen displays, however, they work
perfectly fine on standard DVD players as well as on older square
(4x3 aspect ratio) televisions as well. See Example to right...

Do you ship Worldwide?
YES! We ship to all countries serviced by UPS. This includes but is not limited to
most countries in Europe, Asia, North & South America, & Africa as well as
Australia and New Zealand.
Please note that our DVDs are Region Free DVDs
and rendered using the NTSC video standard.

How long does standard shipping take?
It depends on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. All orders are shipped in the US and Standard air internationally within one business day
(excluding weekends and holidays)  after the order is received. All rush and overnight shipping costs are added to your order when ordered on-line. We
ship from our headquarters in Minnesota. Depending on the shipping option selected most east and west coast addresses will receive the DVD(s) in 3-5
business days after it is shipped unless expedited shipping is requested at the time of order. Most Midwest addresses will receive the DVD(s) within 2-3
business days unless expedited shipping is requested at the time of order. Most Canadian shipments arrive within 6-10 business days. Most European
shipments arrive within 7-10 business days. Most Asian shipments arrive within 8-10 business days. In the rare event that your DVD has not arrived within
the time frames listed above, please contact us so that we can track your shipment.

How do I switch between music tracks?
Most Video Accent DVDs contain several different styles of music and/or natural sounds. Switching between the tracks is done via the individual track
menus.  This will give you the option to switch between tracks 1,2,3,4,5 or “No Music”. (Note: Some DVD titles have more tracks than others.)

What is the optimal set up to achieve the best picture quality?
The optimum set-up is to have your DVD player connected to your wide screen TV via the component cables (Y,Pb,Pr/Red, Green, Blue). Then, make sure
the progressive scan feature is enabled on your DVD player. Progressive scan eliminates the interlacing "flicker" and makes the artwork appear more like a
painting and less like a TV image. The progressive scan feature is usually enabled through the DVD player's set-up.

What is the Video Accent return policy?
Un-opened "like-new" DVD's may be returned within 15 days of the original order for full credit. Any damaged or non working DVD's will be replaced if
returned  to Video Accent within 15 days of the original order. Video Accent does not accept any opened DVD product for refund.
